Are you ready to take your winter training to the next level?In this full-day intensive camp, we’ll build the foundation for your season – with technique, artistry, and strengthtraining that will make you stronger, more confident, and more expressive.


The training follows the motto “Train like a Champion”: Together with the successful guest coaches SophieHofmann and Ben Lechtenberg, you’ll experience a day full of power, motivation, and champion spirit. My goal isto help you build the fundamentals that will carry you through the winter and take your compulsory routines to thenext level.

Technique Training


Clean execution begins with clear technique.
In this module, we focus on your basics: precise execution, posture, body tension, and movement flow. You’ll learn how to perform your compulsory elements with control and efficiency while gaining confidence in every motion.

Artistry and Expression


Vaulting thrives on expression, body awareness, and presence. In this part of the camp, we combine movement with music, emotion, and elegance. Through dance-based exercises and choreographic work, you’ll learn to enhance your expression and move with more awareness both on the horse and on the ground.

Strong performances require a solid base.
